Beautiful ZION CANYON

ZION CANYON

Zion Canyon:

Zion Canyon is a deep and narrow gorge in southwestern Utah, United States, carved by the North Fork of the Virgin River. Nearly the entire canyon is located within the eastern half of Zion National Park.
The beginning of the canyon is usually delineated as the Temple of Sinawava, a vertical-walled natural amphitheater nearly 3,000 feet (910 m) deep. The canyon actually begins much further upstream, however, and runs southward about 16 miles (26 km) through the Narrows to reach the Temple, where a seasonal tributary of the North Fork plunges over a tall waterfall during spring runoff and after heavy rain. The gorge then runs southwest through the national park, approaching 2,000 feet (610 m) deep in places.

To see this same view for yourself, you’ll have to hike the popular Canyon Overlook Trail. The trailhead is located immediately east of the 1.1 mile long tunnel. It begins with steps carved into sandstone that climb above the Zion-Mt. Carmel Tunnel. The winding trail travels along Pine Creek Canyon, a popular canyoneering route and the Zion-Mt. Carmel Tunnel. The hike ends at the edge of a cliff that allows a glorious view of lower Zion Canyon. The one mile round trip will take about an hour and is considered a moderately easy climb

The Longest Truck in the World

The Longest Truck in the World

Road Train

The Longest Truck in the World !! It is called “Road Train” .. A road train or road train is a trucking concept used in remote areas of Argentina, Australia, Mexico, the United States and Canada to move freight efficiently. The term “road train” is most often used in Australia. In the U.S. and Canada the terms “triples,” “turnpike doubles” and “Rocky Mountain doubles” are commonly used for longer combination vehicles (LCVs). A road train consists of a relatively conventional tractor unit, but instead of pulling one trailer or semi-trailer, a road train pulls two or more of them.
On February 18, 2006, an Australian built Mack truck with 112 semi-trailers, 1,300 t (1,279 long tons; 1,433 short tons) and 1,474.3 metres (4,836 ft 11 in) long, pulled the load 100 metres (328 feet) to recapture the record for the longest road train (multiple loaded trailers) ever pulled with a single prime mover. It was on the main road of Clifton, Queensland, that 70-year-old John Atkinson claimed a new record, pulled by a tri-drive Mack Titan.

Buddha Shaped Pears

Buddha Shaped Pears
These incredible buddha shaped pears are invented by Chinese farmer. who produces 10,000 of them every year.

Chinese Farmer Grows Buddha-Shaped Pears Hao Xianzhang has managed to create what some would call the holiest fruits ever, pears shaped like Buddha. Gao has been working on his pear-growing technique for six years and this season he managed to grow 10,000 Buddha-shaped baby pears.
Each fruit is grown in an intricate Buddha mould and ends up looking like a juicy figurine. The ingenious farmer says the locals in his home village of Hexia, norther China, have been buying his Buddha pears as soon as he picks them from the trees. Most of them think they are cute and that they bring good luck.
